Glenn Close fires back at harsh ‘All’s Fair’ reviews with seething ‘Fatal Attraction’ drawing
Glenn Close has responded to the harsh reviews “All’s Fair” has received since its Tuesday premiere with a surprising Instagram post connected to her hit 1987 movie “Fatal Attraction.”
Glenn Close, 78, has fired back at the many critics who slammed her new legal drama All’s Fair—and Kim Kardashian’s performance specifically—with a throwback to one of her most famous films, Fatal Attraction.
All’s Fair is a big, glossy, high-camp legal procedural full of attitude, with a heavy dose of fashion and drama. The story centers on an all-female divorce law firm in Los Angeles, run by Kardashian’s Allura Grant, Watts’ Liberty Ronson, and Nash-Betts’ Emerald Greene.
The new Ryan Murphy-directed legal drama — which also stars Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close and more — was slammed by several critics.
The first three episodes of All’s Fair are now streaming on Hulu. New episodes drop Tuesdays at midnight ET. If you’re new to Hulu, you can get started with a 30-day free trial on the streamer’s basic (with ads) plan. After the trial period, you’ll pay $10.99/month. If you want to upgrade to Hulu ad-free, it costs $18.99/month.
With a cast led by Kim Kardashian, legal series All's Fair has had savage reviews. But viewers have been celebrating its mix of high-camp, statement fashion and spotless interiors.
An all-star cast including Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Teyana Taylor and Niecy Nash-Betts fill out the series about an all-female firm of divorce lawyers who represent all-female clients.
