A forensic psychiatrist revealed Jordan Neely suffered from schizophrenic delusions and abused synthetic marijuana, two factors in increased violent behavior.

Tuesday marked the first full day of the defense's case in the trial of Daniel Penny, the Marine veteran charged in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on board the subway last year.
