The Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos put on a nearly unwatchable game in prime time. And Denver was slightly less hideous.

The Las Vegas Raiders put up a fight on Thursday night, but the defense and special teams led the Denver Broncos to their seventh straight win.

The Broncos and Raiders are at opposite ends of the AFC West. Denver extended it's lead in the division with a win on "Thursday Night Football".

Although the Raiders are struggling in Pete Carroll's first year, Las Vegas has held up well against this matchup recently, except for being swept by Denver last season. Since 2020, the Raiders are 8-2 against the Broncos and need a win to turn their season around.

Geno Smith passed a 15-yard touchdown to Ashton Jeanty that gave the Las Vegas Raiders a 16-13 lead over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jacksonville might be winning more than initially expected, but Coen has to ensure that he properly develops the young pieces on the roster, too. That hasn't been a problem for him so far. Several prospects have shown some meaningful growth this year, including Maason Smith, Travis Hunter Jr., and cornerback Montaric "Buster" Brown.
