U.S. Patent Office allows Mylan to go after half a dozen patents tied to Allergan’s dry eye franchise Restasis.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Restasis for treating chronic dry eye in adults and children ages 16 years and older. It’s available in single-use vials and a multiuse bottle.
