UPDATE, 10/17/24, 8:30 p.m.: A man is in the hospital after a shooting at the Walmart in Crowley Thursday afternoon. People going in and out of the store said they had no idea there was a crime scene.

Walmart is remodeling 35 stores in Louisiana, including locations in Crowley and Carencro. Upgrades include new signage, expanded departments, and improved online pickup and delivery services.
