Yobs and shoplifters in Kent to be offered Buddi GPS tracking ankle tags, nicknamed ‘chav navs’, to curb crime

Police are rolling out a new GPS tracking device to monitor criminals at risk of repeat offending or vulnerable to criminal exploitation.
