The Los Angeles Lakers can say they were part of the biggest trade in NBA history. A record seven teams joined together to complete a deal, centered around Kevin Durant's trade from the Rockets to the Suns. Also taking part were the Timberwolves, Warriors, Hawks and Nets.

Not only is the Phoenix Suns' trade of Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets now "fully agreed to in principle," but it's been expanded to include seven teams in total, per NBA insider Jake Fischer.

The trade that will send Kevin Durant to the Rockets isn't complete yet, and the Lakers could be one of several teams that will help complete it.
