Investigators have found signs of forced entry at the Arizona home of “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie’s mother.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos called the investigation a “race against time” as the search for the TODAY show co-host Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mom Nancy Guthrie continues.
Nancy Guthrie was taken from her home early Sunday, authorities said.
The sheriff says the note was sent to a local Arizona news station, which agreed not to report on it, following the disappearance of "Today" show co-host Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy Guthrie.
Annie Guthrie, Savannah Guthrie's older sister, was reportedly the last person to see her mother, who she dropped off at home between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m. MT after taking her out to dinner.
