The American Tobacco Waterline Replacement Project Phase 2 will start on Monday, Sept. 15, which will close popular roads in and around the American Tobacco Campus.

According to the Davie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a request for assistance from the University of Louisville Police Department, who said the school received threats of mass violence.
