The Whitehall Township man who police say was fatally shot early Sunday morning by a motorist after attacking his car with a baseball bat in downtown Allentown has been identified.

Surveillance video footage showed the Audi driver struck a Prius with a metal bat before being fatally shot by the legally-armed Prius driver, authorities said.

A road rage incident turned deadly when a man was shot as he attacked another driver with a metal bat, Pennsylvania officials said.
