Saunders poured in 20 points, four rebounds, four steals and two assists, and Dybantsa added 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists and a block as No. 8 BYU rolled Holy Cross in the home opener.

The three were without a doubt the best players on the court, and guided the No. 8 BYU Cougars to a 98-53 victory over Holy Cross. It was easy early for Saunders, the All-American hopeful, scoring a fast and efficient 10 points in the first six minutes of the game.

AJ Dybantsa shined as No. 8 BYU cruised to a 98-53 win over Holy Cross on Saturday night. Dybantsa finished with 17 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one block while shooting 7-of-10 from the field. Although the freshman missed both of his three-point attempts, he connected on all three of his free throws.

BYU forced 20 turnovers and notched 12 steals. Veteran guard Richie Saunders and senior Keba Keita tied their career-highs in steals with four and three, respectively. The Cougars got hot early on, putting up a 10-0 lead and forcing Holy Cross into a timeout just three minutes into the game.
