The Atlanta Falcons, after hiring Kevin Stefanski as their Head Coach, have made their next major move to reshape their offense. They have officially hired a former New York Jets coach as their new passing game coordinator.

Kevin Stefanski said he is "beyond thrilled" to be the Falcons' new head coach, calling Atlanta the place he wanted to be and a city that pulled him in from the very start.

The Falcons finished 8-9 and missed the playoffs for the eighth consecutive season. One more win and they would have been in the playoffs.

The Falcons hired Rams' senior offensive assistant Alex Van Pelt to be their quarterbacks coach, per reports. Van Pelt worked with Kevin Stefanski in Cleveland.
