Paramus police arrested a Philadelphia man on July 5 who was on the run after shooting a school resource officer last week in Philadelphia.

Ross Chastain spun Joey Logano at the end of the Chicago Street Race, mistaking the No. 22 for the car who rear-ended him.

Ariza Giansteban, 28, was taken into custody after Philadelphia officers told Paramus police he may have stolen a gun and headed to New Bridge Medical Center.
