Directions:Mix 3 cups apple cider, 1 cup cranberry juice, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 6oz. Package of pectin. Heat through until pectin is dissolved. Add 5 cups of sugar, stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to a rolling boil that won’t go down and stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off foam from the top. Ladle into jelly jars to 1/4 inch headspace. Wipe the rims clean, lid and ring to fingertip tightness. Waterbath for 10 minutes, turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes more. Remove@f
