Who’s up for some beef back ribs? Not a whole lot of meat on them but super easy to make. Worchestire for the binder and seasoned with @Meat Church Holy Cow, they hot the @biggreenegg indirect, 250 degrees for about 4 hours. Pulled off when they were probe tender, around 208-210 internal.Rest for an hour in foil and enjoy! Super beefy, tender and delicious.
