Temporary traffic jam at St. Francis If you're near St Francis, you might see dozens of emergency vehicles with their lights on driving around. Several agencies have come together for a first responder parade at the children's hospital. We'll also be inside handing out gifts to the kids who aren't going to be home for Christmas. POST SNOW - MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF We got through the weekend, but we still need to stay alert about the weather. Although the snow has ceased, the cold persists. The City of Tulsa Gov has done an excellent job clearing the main roads, though many side streets are still snow-covered. As the sun melts some of the snow on roads, sidewalks, and steps, the freezing temperatures could refreeze that melted snow into ice.
