Lately I’ve rediscovered my love of running, not just for training, but as a part of myself I’d been missing. And last weekend’s HYROX race showed it in the best possible way. I finished 3rd in my age group and 32nd overall out of 700 athletes, with my 1 km splits holding strong averaging between m 4:30 & 4:40/km. For me, this wasn’t just a performance stat, it was proof that the work, the consistency, and the renewed joy i have found in running is paying off. HYROX demands so much from the body
